Pancake GM Frisker (Part Number 4420-420) This option provides a means of hand frisking personnel in the event an alarm is detected by the monitor to exactly locate the point of contamination. The kit includes, Ludlum's Model 44-9 GM pancake probe, detector cable, probe holder with built-in infra-red sensor and other miscellaneous components to integrate it into the Model 4906 system. The hand frisker detector automatically becomes activated upon lifting it out of the supplied detector holder so no special handling is required. |

100 cm2 Frisker (Part Number 4420-445) This option provides a means of hand frisking personnel in the event an alarm is detected by the monitor to exactly locate the point of contamination. The kit includes, Ludlum's Model 43-143 gas flow proportional 100 cm² detector, detector cable, probe holder with built-in infra-red sensor, special gas/HV adapter and other miscellaneous components to integrate it into the Model 4906 system. The hand frisker detector automatically becomes activated upon lifting it out of the supplied detector holder so no special handling is required. The P-10 counting gas used to supply the monitors hand and foot detectors also supplies counting gas to the Model 43-143 probe. The gas is flowed through the detector HV/signal cable so no additional cables are required thus making frisking a lot more convenient. Gas flowed into the detector escapes through a small pin-size hole located at the top of the detector. |
